FAQ

Why do I have to buy Pro inside the iOS or Android app?: StarryPic uses Apple's and Google's in-app purchase systems — no separate payment processor. Your subscription works on every device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account.
Can I use StarryPic on the web without paying?: Yes — the entire Free tier is on the web at this URL. Pro features are mobile-only for now.
How does the 14-day free trial work?: You can try every Pro feature free for 14 days. Apple / Google won't charge your card until day 15, and you can cancel anytime before then with no charge.
What if it works in India / EU / UK?: Apple and Google auto-localise the price to your store region (e.g. ₹399/yr in India). The trial length stays 14 days everywhere.
Will my data sync across iPhone / Android / web?: Yes. Sign in with the same Google account (or email) on each device. Locations, session history, and Pro status all follow you.
Are there refunds?: Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) per their refund policies. We don't process payments directly so we can't issue refunds ourselves.
How does this compare to Astrospheric / Clear Outside?: Astrospheric is North-America-only with a hidden ensemble; Clear Outside is free but single-model and no map.
